Once your order is ready to be shipped you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please allow 1-3 days for processing on all orders.
Yes, we offer standard and express shipping options to most countries via USPS & PARCEL FORCE.
DOMESTIC RATES (UK)
STANDARD (3 to 5 business days): £6 and up based on weight.
PRIORITY (1 to 3 business days): £10 and up based on weight
INTERNATIONAL RATES
Rates are calculated by carrier based on destination and weight. The customer is responsible for all customs and duty charges.
International orders are subjected to clear customs. Depending upon volumes at customs, delays may occur. If you track your item online and the status shows it is with customs, please note we cannot intervene, but will be delivered by the carrier promptly upon release.

SPLL is not liable to pay for customer's international import fees.
Currently all sales are final. Thank you for your understanding.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, or if an item is missing from your order, we will only send replacements if the customer contacts us via email within 48 hours of the package being marked as delivered. Customer MUST include photos of the damaged product.
